Site plans for a new townhome infill project we have been working on in Sarasota, Florida were recently unanimously approved by the city's planning board. The project will include redevelopment of the site of former, abandoned YMCA buildings and is expected to revitalize this area of the city. Several large oak trees will also be preserved on site enhancing the character of the community. We currently have two active infill projects in downtown Sarasota. Read news article...
One of our projects, Bay Breeze at Westminster Shores, is currently in construction in St. Petersburg, Florida. The new buildings will include waterfront apartment residences.
Our office provided master planning services for the new proposed Chapel Crossings development in Pasco County, Florida. This MPUD (Master Planned Unit Development) was recently approved by the County.
One of our projects is nearing completion in the campus courtyard of the American Strategic Insurance headquarters located in St. Petersburg, Florida. Recent installations include a rock wall fountain, pathways, boardwalk, basketball court, and plantings.

Our office evaluated recreational and public access opportunities as a sub consultant to Dewberry on this plan. Three Mile Creek has the potential to serve as an interconnecting element that links man-made and natural places / destinations within the City of Mobile.
